Why I Love Amazon
I have had the chance to use many of the online shopping services while looking for certain products. And just like designers love www.colour-graphics.co.uk this how I love websites where you can purchase the best of law books, as I am doing a law degree. So I started ordering books from Waterstone’s - and I must admit it was a struggle. The people from the bookstore were incompetent when I had to return an item simply because they did not know anything about editions and authors etc. So I tried Oxford University Press direct purchase website. And again my products were not what I expected - some of them did not even look new probably because they have spent too much time in a storage unit.
Ebay also failed me - I did not get any book at all when purchasing. And thus I was disappointed and finally getting angry at the online shopping services. And finally, I reached Amazon as a solution. My first purchase was made on Friday and suddenly on Monday I got my order. I understood this has been some quite convenient first order gift - a super quick delivery.
So when you treat customers like that, you actually win their debit cards. I ordered from Amazon again and I got my order for three working days. Within my box I also found some quite cool vouchers which I happily used when I ordered again. So after searching for the best online bookstores, I found only one multi-product site which delivered me the best products.
So I would advise any student and book-lover - shop at Amazon simply because they would treat you nicely and you give you the best of the products you have placed as an order.
