O2 Broadband Review
A while ago as my friend was online checking out tattoo removal clinics and talking with me on the phone I was having O2 broadband installed. So after having it in my home for close to two months, here is what I think of the service.
I will admit O2 broadband was not at the tips of my lips when I was considering a broadband service but I had a few friends who were using the service and all had something positive to say.
Now first of the bat, I found that the packages offered by O2 were a bit cheaper than their immediate competitors. They also offer monthly discounts to their mobile customers and this attracts many people. There is a download limit attached to their basic package and none to their other packages and this certainly appealed to me. So I signed up for the “All Rounder” package and it cost me £12.50 monthly. I even go three months free.
I am able to up load at speed of about 2.5MB/s which is pretty good considering what’s out there. I am also able to send text messages free using their web interface. Their technical support seems to be very good and quick. I got through to the in quick time when I needed certain technical question addressed.
With my previous broadband service provider I experience a stoppage in service almost weekly. So far with O2 I no longer have that problem. Their service is great and fast and I simple am satisfied.
